Striptease and Gentlemen Clubs in Moscow

Moscow boasts a fine array of gentlemen’s clubs where anything is possible. Here we list some of the most renowned, interesting and high-quality strip clubs the city has to offer. But they are expensive. You can find cheaper joints around Moscow’s suburbs but they won’t match these places in terms of service or quality.

911 VIP - CLOSED
Update: On the 25th March 2007 there was a fire in the club on Dmitrovka. The one on Kosygina st is still opened. Read the story here.

One of the cheaper options. After paying 600 rubles ($21) entry you’ll find that drinks and food aren’t all that expensive. 911 VIP has a fairly swank, modern interior which looks a little forced but is cool nonetheless. Absolutely loaded with girls of a high quality. Private dances cost $30. VIP rooms upstairs are nicely decorated and there’s a strip-karaoke room and a Jacuzzi. The club boasts that you won’t have to worry about any non-satisfying topless stripteases here – they’re all the real deal. The striptease runs non-stop. There are also live sports broadcasts… in case the girls don’t really grab your attention? There’s another location called “911 Erotic Club” out near Leninsky Prospekt which is a fair bit more expensive (up to 1500 rubles [$54] entry).
Address 911 VIP: Moscow, Malaya Dmitrovka Ulitsa, #6, metro Pushkinskaya. Tel: 200-0280, Open 21:00-6:00.
Address 911 Erotic Club: Moscow, Kosygina Ulitsa, #15 (in the Orlyonok Hotel), metro Leninsky Prospekt. Tel: 507-2727. Open 15:00-6:00 Tue-Fri, 21:00-6:00 Sat-Mon.

Bely Medved
If you want to mix your debauchery with some local culture then check out Bely Medved which is famous for its Russian folk dancing strip show.
Bely Medved
Entry to the full striptease area is a little pricey at 960 rubles ($34) but the dazzling interior won’t disappoint. Nor will the strip show a la russe on Thursday and Friday nights which has all your favorite characters from Russian folklore doing things you couldn’t even dream about. The strip show kicks off from 9pm and runs until closing with up to twenty girls on stage over the course of the night. An open plan makes for good views from every seat in the house. The club boasts some of the most diverse and beautiful group of girls you’ll find at any of Moscow’s strip clubs. A private dance costs 1000 rubles ($36) while $100 will get you a long stint in a private room.
Address: Moscow, Prospekt Mira, #116a, metro Alekseevskaya. Tel: 687-5766, . Open 18:00-5:00.

Divas
Divas features three stages with topless and full strip shows running non-stop. The four VIP rooms have an Eastern theme with Oriental, Arabian, an Indian chill-out room and a Thai massage room. A look at the range of possibilities available on the “Crazy Menu” is almost worth the 700 ruble ($25) price of admission in itself, though what’s on offer is not great value. It’s 1600 rubles ($57) for a ten minute private dance or 800 rubles ($28) for a ten minute lap dance. 800 rubles ($28) to touch the breast of a waitress??? Divas is big on the theme parties and there are various specials on weekdays. There is an ATM on the premises, which could be a blessing or a curse. Objectively speaking they’re not the best-looking girls around but then beauty is in the eye of the beholder, etc, etc.
Address: Moscow Strastnoy Bulvar, #10/2, metro Chekhovskaya. Tel: 924-8726. Open 21:00-6:00.

Night Flight
Probably the most renowned gentleman’s club in Moscow. Having opened in 1991 it’s certainly the longest established. But note the use of the term “gentlemen’s club”. This is not your average, ultra-sleazy strip club but more of a refined place. Of course, though, all the same services are on offer here as they are in other establishments. Night Flight is very popular with visiting businessmen and boasts impeccable service due to the Swedish management’s influence. The restaurant actually has a reputation as one of the cities finest and dancers perform on the balcony above the tables. Entry to the club costs 750 rubles or is free if you eat at the restaurant.
Address: Tverskaya Ulitsa, #17, metro Tverskaya. Tel: 629-1465, Restaurant open 18:00-5:00, Club open 21:00-5:00.

Office
A reasonably priced option in the Moscow strip scene, Office charges a 600 ruble ($21) entry fee. While the club doesn’t really resemble the usual workplace, it is neat and ordered. Their marketing line is that now you don’t have to nail your secretary any more – just come to our club. Colored in deep reds and blues, the club has two main halls as well as private rooms. There is a non-stop strip show, an extensive crazy menu and a fine assortment of girls. Drinks are pricey at an average of 450 rubles ($16) for spirits and 350 rubles ($12.50) for a 330mL beer. The restaurant (Japanese and European) only really serves snacks and for exorbitant prices.
Address: Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya Ul., #3a, metro Barrikadnaya. Tel. 502-5757, Open 20:00-last customer.

Rasputin
There’s a cover charge from 9pm which is between 1000 and a whopping 3000 rubles ($35-$105) so it’s best to get there early. Very extensive crazy menu offering to serve up just about anything you could think of. The club has five halls with strip shows including some theatrical-style programs. There are also five multi-colored VIP rooms, some with a Jacuzzi and sauna but you better be packing a wallet full of dollars if you want to entertain one of the girls in there. A huge array of beautiful women work at Rasputin. A European/French restaurant is also attached to the place with an average bill per person of around $50. Drinks are expensive as well. But if money is no object to you then this is probably the place to go.
Address: Zubovsky Bulvar, #25, metro Park Kultury. Tel: 245-5135 Open 24 hours.

Safari Lodge

Safari Lodge is a quality yet cheap option with the minimum 500 ruble ($18) entry fee. It may not be the classiest joint in town but it is one of the most comfortable and pleasant. The interior is decorated with trophies and weapons creating an exotic atmosphere enhanced only by the non-stop strip show running from 9pm to 6am. There are also private rooms where further adventure can be sought and a ‘dacha’ out the back with a sauna. You can’t eat in the strip area but there’s a German/European restaurant called Jaegerhaus upstairs attached to the club.
Address: Moscow, Pokrovka Ulitsa, #32-34, metro Chistiye Prudy. Tel: 916-1879. Open 21:00-6:00.

Show Girls
A nice, sleazy strip club with non-stop strip shows running on three stages. There’s erotic shows, lesbian shows and, perhaps best of all, a shower show where you’re allowed to touch. Entry costs 600 rubles ($21) and drinks and food won’t send you broke. Huge number of girls to choose from who are happy to do the lot… at the prices listed on the crazy menu. Private dances cost 1000 rubles ($36). Great unobstructed views – a one-way mirror means you can even see the action from the bathroom. There are a few VIP areas but you’d be surprised how much you can get away with during a lap dance. This is a very raunchy place: it’s nice to know there are still places in Moscow where you don’t have to be obscenely rich to have a decadent night.
Address: Moscow - Olimpiysky Prospekt, #16, Bldg. 1 (inside the Olimpiysky sports complex), metro: Prospekt Mira. Tel: 688-4818, Open 21:00-6:00.

Violete
Violete features one of the most lush interiors you’ll ever see,
Violete
with purple obviously being the dominant color. The 500 ruble ($18) entry price is a bargain. There are four halls, the main one with two poles for dancers and another lined with mirrors. Then there are separate rooms for the Japanese/European restaurant and for the bar. Violete also has six VIP rooms and even a karaoke hall. The girls are friendly and don’t try to extort your money as aggressively as at some other clubs. You’d swear that they actually do their job because they really enjoy it. Perhaps the classiest mid-range strip joint you’ll find.
Address: Raushskaya Naberezhnaya, #4/5, metro Tretyakovskaya. Tel: 238-8614, Open 21:00-6:00.

Zatmeniye (Eclipse)
Not a bad little strip club though it is tucked away a bit out of the center. What distinguishes Zatmeniye from the competition is the medieval castle-type motif running through the joint. Together with chains as decorations, it conjures up some pretty
strip club zatmeniye moscow
strong sensations of B&D and/or S&M. And indeed there is a BDSM show going and the club has non-stop striptease by four or five girls at all times. Every Sunday night there is a VIP fetish and bondage party. The girls here fit the domination style the club is going for: the place is a bit short on the blonde beauties you might expect in a Moscow strip club opting for a dark-haired, often-tattooed, skankier looking variety. Prices are low at 500 rubles ($18) for entry and 1000 rubles ($36) for a private dance and plenty of other options on the crazy menu. As for drinks, you’re looking at about 250 rubles ($9) for a 500mL beer or 400 rubles ($14) for spirits. A main course with garnish comes in at about 500 rubles ($18).
Address: Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Ulitsa, #41/1, metro Voikovskaya. Tel: 154-1112, Open 21:00-6:00.
