Ski & Snowboarding


Okhta Park. A picturesque area to the north of St. Petersburg near Kuzmolovo town. There you can ski, snowboard, make ice-skating or sledging.
There are 5 different slopes with average height 50-60 meters and about 400 meters long. The park is equipped with elevators, snow machines, night lighting. The elevators cost 20 to 300 R ($1-$10) for 10 rides. The lowest price is from 11.00 to 17.00 on weekdays. The highest price is from 21.00 to 11.00 on weekends.
You can bring your own equipment or rent it there. They rent ski (atomic, scott), snowboards (salomon, rossignol), ice-skates, sledges.
Rental prices for ski or snowboard (full complect) weekdays / weekend: 1st hour - 150 R ($5) / 200 R ($7), 2 hours - 250 R ($8) / 350 R ($12), every next hour: +50 R($1.7) / +60R ($2), whole day: 400R ($13)/ 600R ($20).
To rent the equipment you need to pay for the time and leave a refundable deposit of $300 or your driving license.
Open hours: weekdays: 10.00-22.30, weekends: 9.00 - 22.30.
How to get there: this park is located 30 minutes by car from the city, or 1 hour by a bus from Petrogradskaya metro station.
If you go by public transport, go to metro Petrogradskaya (blue line, Vasilievski island) and take a bus #333 to Okhta Park. It'll take about 1 hour.
