Gay clubs in St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg gay scene is not very stable: there are a few clubs, but almost none of them are too good. Perhaps, that is because the gay clubs are not careful about letting the right people in, but the result is that there's still no "perfect" place to meet for gays in St. Petersburg. Central Station Club
Most dynamic and positive gay club in S. Petersburg. An extension of the famous Moscow gay club of the same name, Central
Central Station gay club St. Petersburg
Station is located close to an older local gay venue, Greshniki. Central Station sound much more impressive, with its four floors, eight bars, tow stages, a restaurant and plenty of dark corners. Club has received the premium “Best Gay Club in S. Petersburg” Night Life Awards 2007. More Dj’s, live music, video-art, show and more.

Greshniki ('Sinners') club.
This gay club is styled as an old mansion and takes four floors. The motto of the club is "We're all sinners, We're all equal". There are many different halls in the club: a dance floor with mirrors, a chill out room, a balcony, a restaurant, a video-internet bar with free internet access, and a 'dark room'. Young naked men dance all night on the stage.
When you come in the club, you'll be given a card where it'll be written what you drank and ate and then you'll need to pay as you leave. If you lose the card, you'll be charged 3000 R ($100), so be careful.

(PWT) Quite tiny club, friendly atmosphere. Opened daily, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Entrance 20 to 50 rubles (men), 50 to 100 rub. (women).

Pushka Club.
One of the newer gay clubs in St. Petersburg. It is located in a basement. There's a bar, a large dancefloor, a stage, where dj's booth styled as a cage is located. Music is mostly house.
The second part of the club is quite calm, there's a chillout, a video bar with weekly live performances.

Tri El. (PWT) Considered to be the only lesbian club in Russia. Opened Thursday - Saturday. Women admitted only, except Thursday - Friday; closed. 5 pm -midnight (free entrance); Wed, 9pm - 6am; Thursday, 7pm -midnight; Friday, 9pm - 6am; Saturday, 9pm - 6am. Pool on week-days, 80 rubles per hour. Entrance 50 to 150 rubles ($1.7 - $3).
