Free Services: moving-in assistance, maid service (cleaning, laundry, washing) every 3 days, clean bed linens and towels every 3 days, 24-hour assistance.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash.
There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. The prices are given for the apartment, no matter how many people stay there (up to 3 people can be accommodated). There's no check-out time, so you can move in early in the morning, check out late in the evening without paying extra. Discounts are available depending on availability.
