Location: This spacious inexpensive apartment is situated in the centrum of Moscow, close to Mendeleevskaya and Novoslobodskaya metro stations (an 8-minute walk). It can accommodate 4 people, which is good for budget travelers. In the area there are many decent restaurants, supermarkets (good for self-catering), internet cafes. Type: 2 rooms: 1 bedroom, 1 living room; kitchen; separate bathroom and toilet. Total space: 60 sq. m. 2nd floor, no elevator. Accommodates: 3-4 persons (1 double bed, 1 fold-out sofa). Additional beds can be provided for extra payment

Free Services: moving-in assistance, maid service (cleaning, laundry, washing) every 3 days, clean bed linens and towels every 3 days, 24-hour assistance.

Security: Safe thick metallic door with a double lock. The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in the apartment. We also provide 24h telephone hotline assistance.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($20 through the agency).
You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. The prices are given for the apartment, no matter how many people stay there (up to 3 people can be accommodated). There's no check-out time, so you can move in early in the morning, check out late in the evening without paying extra. Discounts are available.

Base Rental Rate: $50 US per night. The base rate is calculated for the period of 3 to 7 nights. If you rent the apartment for longer than 7 nights, there is a discount depending on the period of your stay, usually about 10% off total rental price for every additional week. The price goes down to $30 US per night if you stay 30 nights or longer. If you rent the apartment for up to 3 nights, the price is $60 US per night. The final rate for this apartment will be arranged in the confirmation e-mail and will not be changed after.
