Location: A simple and cheap apartment, located 10 minutes walking from the central Belorusskaya metro. In the same house as #b2508ch. The view from the window is not very interesting, but the price makes it worth a try.
Closest metro stations: Belorusskaya metro, Novoslobodskaya metro (10 minutes walk)

Rooms: 1 living room; kitchen; bathroom and toilet; balcony; Total space: 35 sq. m., 7th floor (total 9 floors in the house), elevator.
Sleeps: 2 persons (1 double bed). Additional beds can be provided for extra payment.

Free Services: moving-in assistance, maid service (cleaning, laundry, washing) every 3 days, clean bed linens and towels every 6 days, 24-hour assistance.

Facilities: Equipped kitchen (with a gas stove, a refrigerator, a sink, an electric teakettle, kitchen utensils, dishes; a living room (a double bed, two armchairs, a table, chairs, green plants, a color TV, a balcony).

Bed linens and towels are changed every 6 days.

Security: Safe thick metallic door with a double lock. Intercom. The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in the apartment. We also provide 24h telephone hotline assistance.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($20 through the agency).
You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash. You don't need to pay electricity, heating, water bills. You might need to pay a telephone bill if you made phone calls outside of Moscow. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. The prices are given for the apartment, no matter how many people stay there (up to 3 people can be accommodated). A day is counted as a period 24 hours long.
