It can brag to be planted in the very heart of the blooming cultural scene. It is even difficult to list everything one can find within just one block around this location: the Russian Museum (of fine arts), the Ethnographic Museum, the Malaya Opera and Ballet House, the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Hall, the Commissarzhevskaya and Comedy drama theaters, the Winter Stadium exhibition hall, the Cinema House, the National Public Library, Inzhenerny Castle, etc., etc. Best restaurants, plenty of cafes, best shopping – everything is right around the corner. Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($10). You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. Every additional sleeping place: $10.
