Services: moving-in assistance (help with the luggage - free, airport transfers - $30), daily maid service (cooking, cleaning, laundry, washing) - add. $5 (2 hours a day), clean bed linens and towels every 3 days - free, security at the entrance, 24-hour assistance.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. Every additional sleeping place: $10.
