at the apartment: a new double bed, fridge, new TV, washing machine,
fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with an autonomic water heater.
Metro: Nevsky Prospekt (a 5-minute walk).

Type: Sleeps: 3; 2 rooms: a living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen; bathroom with a bath and shower. Total space: 50 sq.m.; Located on the 3rd floor. Elevator.

Rental information: owner: private landlord, operator: Garant Plus company.

Services: moving-in assistance (help with the luggage - free, airport transfers - $30), daily maid service (cooking, cleaning, laundry, washing) - add. $5 (2 hours a day), clean bed linens every 5 days & clean towels daily - free, 24-hour assistance.

Features: Equipped kitchen (with a modern gas stove, a refrigerator, a sink, an electric teakettle, kitchen utensils and dishes); Living area: 1 fold-out sofa, color TV, table, 2 armchairs;
Bed linens are changed every 5 days. New towels are provided daily.

Security: Secure thick metallic door with a safe double lock. Intercom. The door of the entrance of the house is equipped with a code lock. You'll be provided with all the keys when you move in the apartment.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($20). You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: All prices are in US dollars, including all taxes. No prepayment and no deposits are required. You can pay when you move in with cash or a credit card. There's no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. Every additional sleeping place: $10 a day.
