Oksana appreciates that visitors are often intimidated with travel to Russia and prides herself on making sure all client needs, however unique, are met. Oksana is fully licensed and has many references available.

Services: Move in assistance gladly provided. Multiple 24 hour emergency contacts. All of Oksana's staff speaks fluent English are always willing ot give recommendations upon request. Security: Building entrance has Coded lock requiring visitors to dial yoru apartment and be buzzed in. Double lock on apartment door. Entrance is directly from the street (not through a courtyard). The area is active with much foot traffic, has many lights and is well policed.

Documents: Our partner visa agency can provide you with visa support ($30) and / or visa registration ($20). You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent.

Payment: Prices are quoted in US dollars. Balance of payment due at time of move-in. Dollars, euros, or rubles all accepted at the appropriate current exchange rate. Taxes are included. No surprises!
