Description
& Location: An agreeable private bed & breakfast
owned by a German/Russian familie (Nils and Marina with Paulina,
Laura and Sinaida) who are living in Russia for the last 8 years,
working in Real Estate Business and recently in Quality Management
Consulting.
The bed & breakfast is perfectly located on the second floor
of a
residential building in St. Petersburg center, just a couple
of blocks
away from the Moscow Real Way Station. (10 minute walk from Nevsky
Prospekt!).
Nils and Marina speaks three languages (German, Russian, English),
so it will be very easy to communicate.
Nearest metro: Plochad Vostaniya (10 mins)
Interior
& Facilities: The B&B has four big light rooms
(23, 21, 18 and
14 sqm), each with two double beds. In the two biggest rooms
there are a
sofa which can be converted to two additional beds. In almost
all rooms
the beds are separated, in the smalest room joined together.
Each room
has its own key, so you can lock the door if you like. The
big and light
kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, gas-stove
and
espresso machine, the kitchen is a nice spot to make a snack
or just
hang out. Coffee and tea are always free. There are two toilets
and two
showers. And there's hot water year-round. Moreover there is
a computer
with Internet connection and heated floors in the entrance
hall, the
bath rooms and the kitchen. (Very nice in cold Russian winter)
Services: kitchenette, bed sheets
and towels are provided, private
(city) tours of St. Petersburg (Euro 10 / hour) and private
driver (Euro 5 / hour) available
Sleeps: Total up to 12 persons. Private / shared accommodation
available.
Documents: Visa support is provided upon request.
Registration should be made with the company you used to obtain
your visa support (if it was done through waytorussia.net, you'll
be provided with all the details.
Payment: All prices are in Euro, including all taxes.
To reserve a room,
a deposit is required. You can pay when you move in with cash.
There's
no minimum stay -- a nightly stay rate can be arranged. Discounts
are
available.
