Landlords! You're welcome to submit your apartment for short-term or long-term rent in any Russian city:

Step 1: Submit Your Apartment. If you are a landlord and would like to rent out your apartment (or a room) for short-term or long-term periods, you can present it on this site. You just need to submit description of your apartment in the form below or by e-mail: apartments@waytorussia.net. Please, do not send the photos with the description, we will provide you a separate e-mail for bulky letters.

Step 2: Arrange a Metting. Once you submit information about your apartment, a representative of WayToRussia.Net will contact you to arrange a meeting to assure the quality of the apartment.

Step 3: Compliance with Our Standards. The apartment will be accepted in our database, if it complies with our standards: quality, fair price, good location, trustfullness of the landlord.

Step 4: Rent your Apartment. Once the apartment is accepted, it will take only 1 day for it to appear in the automated search engine and be presented on our site.
You will need to rent out the apartment by yourself, however, our partner company Debra Ltd. can assist you in communicating with clients.

Note: if you would like to propose a room in your apartment (a homestay), you are also most welcome!
