WTR´s support letter works for Mexican citizen?

Hi, just wondering if getting my invitation here at WTR will work when I apply for the visa in Mexico City. Of course the russian embassy in Mexico also asks for this “confirmation letter” as they call it, but I´m not sure if your support letter only works for US citizens or others... I´m almost 3 months now from making this trip so I´m starting to get all together for the 3 visas, anyone has an advise of any particular order to get these visas? I´ve heard China and Mongolia are "easier", although mongolia has no embassy here but it seems there´s a consulate issuing visas. One more thing, in you experience, is getting these visas a difficult task when you don´t have any plane or train tickets that will get you in and out of those countries? I decided to go without buying the trains on advance, and I´m getting into russia by train or bus via Estonia (I´m still not buying those tickets either). Also I´m leaving china on a stand by flight, so I hope just a flight reservation will do for them. Any advise? thanks !

It also includes the tourist confirmation. At any rate, you might as well go ahead and try to order it - if Mexican citizens can't use it then you credit card won't be billed and our visa support partner will contact you to tell you. I'd get the Russian visa out of the way first - it's definitely the most difficult. They might ask for proof of entry and exit tickets (I'm not sure about the rules of the consulate in Mexico), but in many countries this isn't necessary. Chinese visas are easy and proof of a flight out of there should be fine. Please, let us know how it all went (what documents you needed, etc) once you have your visa.
