I want to find one of my best friends from the University. His name is ВИТАЛИ ВИКТОРОВИЧ ПЧЕЛИНЦЕВ. We went together to the МОСКОВСКИЙ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКИЙ ИНСТИТУТ. He graduated in 1991 or 1992. He studied АТОМНЫЕ ЭЛЕКТРОСТАНЦИИ at the ЭНЕРГО-ФИЗИЧЕСКИЙ ФАКУЛТЕТ. He may be around 38 or 39 years old. He was like a brother to me. I need to find him.
