Which hotel is better: Rossiya Belgrad or Varshava? They all seem to be in the same price range and relatively central? Which one is more likely to have better service and rooms (as far as renovated things are concerned)?

Just don't go to Rossiya. I never was in Warszawa but they said is best choice in Moscow... Tray page www.visitmoscow.com, there're nice rewievs....
