I've booked in a cheap hotel near that zone in Moscow (Moscow-City, bussiness center). I think is still under development. Do you know if that zone is particulary unsafe in Moscow? Thanks in advance.

It should not be more unsave than other places - if you don't mind living on construction site.

A cheap hotel? In Moscow?! There's nothing unsafe about Moscow-City; just know that it's definitely one huge construction zone..
