Hi, we have a group of seven people. We want to get a visa support through waytorussia. Before that, we have some questions to clarify.
1. Do we get a group visa or we get the visa support individual?
2. We plan to travel in Russia around 10 days. After that, we will travel Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Finally, we will get on the flight on 06:10 from Vilnius, arrive Mascow on 08:50, and then leave Mascow on the same day 19:55. For the transit, we need to change terminal in Mascow. Do we need to get double entry of tourist visa or we need a single entry of tourist visa and a transit visa?
3. If we need to get a double entry of tourist visa, for the second entry, do we need any visa support document?

You need visas (and visa support letters) for each individual. The second part depends - if your flight from Vilnius to Moscow to somewhere else? And all tickets on the same itineary? If so, you don't need a transit visa. If you actually have two tickets - for example, one from home to Moscow and back to home and you are traveling on another ticket to get to Vinuis and back, you will need a transit visa.

The question, I guess, is whether they will issue you two visas at the same time (a tourist and transit visa) - I think not. Which means that you need a multi-entry visa.

Thank for your help very much!!! I still have another questions.
1. What is the meaning in the website of waytorussia "Need a group visa support?"? We are seven people. If we get the visa support in waytoruusia individual, I am worry about we have different name of travel agent and hotel listed on our visa support document.
2. For the second entry in Russia, we are no need to stay in any hotel. How can we get the visa support? Do we get that in waytorussia once more?
