I was wondering if it's possible to issue visa invitation for Saudi citizens. I was looking through the list of "Restricted Countries" (for those who are interested, it's here: http://getvisa.ru/info/spisokmid). Saudi is not on the list. I want to stay with a friend but I don't want to put him through the hassle of getting the paperwork. Is it possible to issue an invitation through this site?
Also, I contacted the Russian embassy and they said a visa can be issued in one day!
