Isn't there a train from St. Petersburg to Prague? If so, how can I make reservations? Is there a better way to get to Prague besides train?

If you go straight to Prague you might end up going through the places where you need transit visa (like Belarus). Maybe it would be better to go Estonia -> Latvia (Riga) -> Lithuania (Kaunas) -> Poland
