Ive payed online the "Tourist Invitation" = No hotel reservation , but i dont receive nothing!

Today i make contact with http://www.visatorussia.com, the partner of waytorussia, but the "online helpdesk" told me this >>> i need to send the hotel reservation!!!! i don't know what i do ???? my flight is 21 december!!! Crying or Very sad

I payed for fax or e-mail (scanned) copy of the Reservation confirmation and the Tourist voucher, it´s responsibility of waytorussia to send this docs, not me !!!

Sorry about this. If WayToRussia's visa support partner has asked you for proof of hotel reservations it means that, for one reason or another, they are worried that your visa application could be turned down without these. The reason could be your citizenship, or perhaps you intend to travel to cities with stricter than usual requirements on registration.

I would recommend you try another visa support company who might be a bit more relaxed. If you're traveling to less visited cities, don't mention them when you apply. Your credit card would not have been charged.

If you are staying at a hotel you have already booked they can fax you the Hotel Voucher. If not then you will need to find an online company or if you are in London (you don't say where you are) oposite the consular section is the intourist office. They will give you a voucher for £25 which is good for the tourist Visa.
