Hello,
My name is Ilya KORITKIN I'am from Moscow, Russia.
I would like to offer you to start processing a non vital (non business secret) data/information of your company in Russia. In other words to cut expensess which you spent on the employees who perform such paperwork for you now.
As an example - I have worked for the company which were providing such services to the UK based car-rental business (we were even processing an insuarance claims).
It is similar to the call-centers which are placed now days anywere in the world and all large corporations using them with great benefits.
Another IMPORTANT point - do not forget about the world financial crisis, by processing your data/information in Russia you will be able to cut employees expenses and offer better prices to your clients.

You should advertise on expat.ru and redtape.ru also.
You can advertise on Craigslists on certain cities would also help. |
