Will also be travelling trans-siberian to Ulan Ude. Will it still be very cold then? Temperature? should I be bringing thick winter coats? footwear wise, what's suitable? what do the gals over there usually wear? sorry, if the questions sound stupid but coming from a tropical country, i'm not used to cold weather. =P thanks!

The end of March in Moscow can still mean snow. Siberia.....is Siberia. Summer starts in June and ends in August. Everything else is winter. "what do the gals over there usually wear?" What Russian girls wear you will not be able to get in other countries. Just bring whatever winter clothes you have and in Russia you can buy more clothing if you need.
