Just curious how long does it typically take the travel agency that is associated with your website to get back with a train ticket quote. It has been 4 days now and it is less than 45 days before our trip.

Usually, it takes them 1 business day to reply. 8 to 10 March are public holidays in Russia, so they might not reply on this date. I'm sorry if they delayed the reply, you can contact them directly at traintickets@waytorussia.net -- it'll be forwarded to them. Thank you
