Я так люблю свою страну...и ненавижу государство sdes' tipa demokratia - na samom dele tzarstvo! У нас ведь противопоставляется "страна" (читай "народ") и те, кто ей управляют, т.е government. Имхо, вполне нормальный перевод, хоть и не в рифму )))
