Does anyone know how, where you can get the propiska to enter Seversk? On wikipedia they say you can get it at KPP (check-points) but you need a good reason to enter. What could it be? Thanks for your help.

The only way to enter Seversk is to be invited by a Russian authority, or to have residence in the city (as if you were born there, or you moved there because you work in the city). You cannot obtain a permit otherwise. I guess if you know the right person, everything is possible... I had a girlfriend who lived there (we are still friend) and even Russian people cannot enter if they have no business purpose. Russian people who live or work have a special permit to enter the city. Didier

I wanted to watch an ice hockey game in Seversk. Some people told you can get a permit if you have a game ticket but it doesn't seem to be true. I'll try again, thanks!
