Hi, I'm staying with a friend in St P, and I got my visa invitation through this site, so how long will it take to register my visa through this site's agency? And if I only stay 3 days per city (travelling to 3 different cities), will I need to register?

In St. Petersburg, it will be direct, so I advise you to do it there. Even if you're staying less than 3 days in each city, you need to register at least once, and St. Petersburg is the best place to do it, so please do it there.
