Yes, Mu-Mu is the best place to eat in Moscow. An average bill is about $7 / person, $10 if you are REALLY hungry, but you can as well eat there very well for $3. Here are the addresses:

1. Arbat street, come out of Smolenskaya metro, and walk along Arbat street towards the center, Mu-Mu is to your right after about 2-3 minutes

2. Metro Dobryninskaya (circle line, south center), just outside the exit to the left

3. Metro Frunzenskaya (red line, towards the south), just opposite the metro exit

4. Kitai Gorod area, Myasnitskaya street, near Propaganda club: go to metro Lubyanka, come out near former KGB building and walk up along Myasnitskaya street, MuMu is to your right.

5. Alexeevskaya metro (north Moscow, orange line), outside the exit to the right.
