Now I am trying to fill out the tourist visa form and need help on two questions. #13 name and reference number of the host tourist company #34 name, address and phone number of hotel in russia I don't know what they mean by host tourist company the voucher i received through way to russia only lists the name of two hotels in english on the invitation i received. No addresses or phone numbers

wmrosoff Just Starting Joined: 06 Oct 2009 Posts: 1	Posted: Tue Oct 06, 2009 1:40 am    Post subject: The name of the tourist company and reference number should be at the top of the invitation letter, probably on the right. In my case, the name was "Intelservice Center", Reference #0055 MVT #000113 The hotels listed in English are the correct ones to write on the application. The address and phone numbers should be easily found via web seach. Good Luck

It might be that the question is N/A for someone getting a homestay visa (I have never done that), but not in your case.
