Hello,

I haven't been able to find anything like a help desk for this question, so I thought I would try here. The problem is with the visa support.

I entered my information and applied for visa support, but the web page for payment wouldn't load, it gave me an error page. I tried refreshing the page and resubmitting for payment, but the page still wouldn't load. And now I have received 4 e-mails telling me that my visa support will be processed. I am concerned that four visa supports are being processed for me and that I haven't paid for the one visa support that I want. Would they be able to figure out that I only want 1? And how will I pay for it? It seems I need to resubmit for another one. I haven't been able to find someone to contact for this, so any help is appreciated, otherwise I'll just wait to see what happens.

In case anyone wants to know what happened with this problem, I waited several days and nothing happened. So I tried it again and it worked perfectly that time and I was able to pay. My conclusion is that the request for the visa support isn't sent until you pay, even though you are sent an e-mail telling you that the request is received and they are working on it after you submit your information.
