My husband and I adopted a 13 year old boy from Russia a year ago, and he has a soon-to-be 23 year old cousin, Sveta, who recently moved from Cheboksary to Samara.
Sveta finally emailed us her address, except she omitted the zip code. She rarely gets to a computer, so I don't know how long it'll take her to reply. In the meantime her package containing her birthday presents sits here, waiting to be sent. (She has no current phone number.)
If anyone knows a searchable website database, please provide the link. English or Russian, it doesn't matter (Dmitry can handle the Russian site, obviously.)

If you haven't found the postal code, let me know and I'll ask my legalized and certified translator in Russia to help find it for you.
