I'm looking for a penpal whose native language is english and who wants to learn russian with native speaker too. It would be great if we could write and answer both in russian and english in order to correct each other and explain some difficulties while talking about our countries, people, meals... whatever. I'm 28 y.o. male IT manager.

Just remember that Microsoft should generally be transliterated as Guvnuchka and that's the first hurdle crossed with real aplomb.... Got any decent Russian Warez to trade???
