Hi! Can anyone tell me if Bolshoe Kamin which is near Vladivostok a closed city (zakrit gorod) to foreigners?

Nice to meet you! My name is Marina. I can give you a reply on your question. Yes, you are right, Bolshoi Kamen city has a status of being Closed administrative territorial unity. It is a closed city both for foreigners and Russians. A special "outsvise" is needed to go there.
