marc-Dexy-Dempster Just Starting Joined: 10 Nov 2004 Posts: 7 Location: Ekaterinburg	Posted: Tue Jan 11, 2005 8:39 pm    Post subject: Ewan McGregor in Russia Has anybody seen the travel programme (Sky digital) where Ewan and another geezer ride BMW motorbikes across Russia (including Kazakstan,Mongolia,Ukraine and many other countries eventually ending up in New York?I didn't know he could speak Russian but this programme was fascinating.The pair of them totally embraced Russian food ,nightclubs , train travel ,mixing with the locals etc .If you see this programme it will wet your appetite if you are planning on going to Russia.

In fact, McGregor took a crash course in Russian at the same school as me in London. My old teacher taught him...thats my claim to fame ) Cheers Dave
