Does anyone know anything about Russian Traders in Moscow. A friewnd of mine in the UK said they come in her restaurant all the time and are quite rude and have no manners and she said they are the same over there apparently?

Pushy salespeople are a more common feature in Arab and Asian countries. Maybe the ones in the UK are from Uzbekistan or somewhere similar. Russian salespeople tend to be inattentive, like they don't care if they make a sale or not. I had one salesman in a phone store tell me that I shouldn't buy a phone with a camera because it was a silly gimmick and that my current phone was good enough!
