greetings, i have a couple questions about getting a new Russian visa. I lived last year in the republic of Tuva in Russia on a multi-entry visa. I have since returned but am wanting to get a new visa. My previous inviting organzation, The Tuvan institute of Humanities, cannot invite me due to policy changes. A friend who works at the philharmonia is trying to get an invitation but says they will only do a 90 day. Is this because it is a 'private' invitation? If he were to go through the philharmonia would this be possible? The last time I got a 90 day invitation through a tourist firm, i waited 7 weeks for it.

The question also is, i don't really have a business purpose nor any kind of 'organization' organized enough to say i have one. I just want to go back and live due to the ensembles i played music in and my girlfriend - what do i use as a 'connection' to get a visa in this situation. If i was to request an invitation through your service, what would I say? could it be faxed to embassy in the u.s.?

Also, does anyone know what the status of foreigners passing through to mongolia by land at khandagaity or erzin would be? I had heard earlier it may be open or may not, or who could i find out about this from (reliably?)
