I live in Florida, USA and I would like to send a gift certificate from a local store in Novgorod(or purchase a gift at a local store in Novgorod)and have it sent to a friend that I met there as a Christmas gift. Is there anyway that I can do this? I know I went to a mall there but don't remember any of the stores and can't find any online. Even a gift cert. to Detinets restaurant would be great but how do I go about it????? Thanks!
