Hello everyone, I'll be going to Russia in July on a 3 month Cultural Exchange Visa, I'll be working in youth camps etc. After camp I'd like to stay in Russia for up to another 9 months. Is it possible for me to get a 12 month Business Visa while in Russia so I could stay? Would I have to leave Russia first when my 3 month Visa expires? Thanks.

You can only use 1 visa during your stay in Russia. Use your business visa from the beginning and you can remain in Russia for up to a year.

You can get a business visa while you're in Russia. It's not a problem. You should just find the right company to arrange it for you. We did it once - got a business visa for a guy who was in Russia on his tourist visa so I'm sure it works. And it's not necessary to leave and come back.
