No, I think he has concerns because I almost met a total and complete nut, even though she didn’t act like it at first. I’m sure once I talk to him he may say yes, but the yes depends on his schedule while we are in MA.

Our Belarussian visitor stayed with us for one week and today she left to stay with another family who has another Belarussian visitor. I was at first disappointed that Ala had a desire to spend her final week here with another family. But she had bonded with the other Belarussian woman, and I live in a rural area as opposed to the other family. But I think it was a very mutual and pleasant experience meeting Ala and hosting her. She helped me to improve my Russian skills since she did not speak English. We enjoyed each other's company sharing meals, walks, a Russian film. We went to an Irish pub with the other Belarussian visitors Friday night. And last night we went to a very nice German restaurant in Springfield with my friends from Krygzstan and then to concert of Russian composers at symphony. We will stay in touch by email.
