In the beginning of June I and a Japanese friend hope to travel across Russia via the trans-siberian, from Vladivostok to St.Petersburg. We would like to use the visa support and train ticket services provided by your site. However, I have a few questions, if you don’t mind. 1. Does your agency provide visa registration in Vladivostok? 2. If I have a problem getting my visa with the Russian embassy here (in Japan) can I get help from you? 3. Can I order visa support for my Japanese friend through your site as well? And about trans-siberian tickets: 1. If I order tickets through your site do I still need to wait in line at the train station to confirm them or something? Or can I just hop on the train with no 2 hour line? 2. I would like to stop at several cities along the way. Can I order tickets for each stop that don’t need “confirming” (waiting in line) 3. I and my friend would like to be put in the same compartment. Is it possible to reserve it this way? Those are my questions for now. Please get back to me soon so I can order my papers. Thank you for hosting such an informative and well presented site. John

There's a direct contact number on the visa section of the website (not the forum) if you need a timely answer. Your questions are quite specific so I'm afraid I myself can't answer them in detail.
