In Kharkov Ukraine I was amazed to learn that my business neighbor/partner borrowed money at 25%. Discovered banks pay depositers about 14% (catch: not available to foreigners). This got me thinking there's a tremendous arbitrage opportunity. Anyone know what the interest rates are in Russia? |
