Thanks for your reply. I've already purchased the Jupiter card. There is only one Moscow access number unlike the Arbat one. Do you know what language the prompts are in?

Thanks

The prompt to enter the calling card pin number is in Russian, then it asks for the password in English, then the destination number in Russian, strange! Please can you explain what I'll need to do to set up Customer Care Internet Service (CCIS) when I buy an MTS SIM. Will I need to do this in their office or can I have it done over the phone without having to talk to anyone? I am needing this because I won't understand how much credit I have left when I dial 088011. Is there not a phone command you can use to display the balance, for example *#102#?

Thanks

Also, I didn't notice the charges for the Jupiter card, Arbat doesn't have any charges so I wish I had got Arbat instead. Could you explain the following charges for the Jupiter card. Thanks

· Service Fee - 10%
· Pay Phone Charge - 85c
