Please can you explain what I'll need to do to set up Customer Care Internet Service (CCIS) when I buy an MTS SIM. Will I need to do this in their office or can I have it done over the phone without having to talk to anyone? I am needing this because I won't understand how much credit I have left when I dial 088011. Is there not a phone command you can use to display the balance, for example *#102#? Thanks
