Service sucks period. It isn't my fault so please stop getting on my case for stating the truth. Or what did I expect BS!

Maybe my expectations are so high as yours, but for similar reasons in the service (or lack thereof) I would never bring my mother to Russia again because she is always complaing about the service (we stayed in Hotel Ukraine in Moscow) and everything else in a ''spoilt rich kid" way. I thought it had been fab (breakfast buffet was heaven), but staff are sometimes self-conscious of speaking English to us. If there was one service I would really complain about, it's my bank because they are handling my money. And hear this, it's Citibank, not a Russian bank but being managed by Russians, you kno... Word has it that they will be reprimanded by central bank soon after complaints have been piling up.
