Here the girls' eyes are kinda white and blue/brown/green/grey/black...

There are quite a few short and unattractive women in Russia. It just happens that the ones tourists notice are the long-legged beauties. I would add that many women age badly in Russia due to poor medical care, bad environmental situation and unhealthy food. That's not always the case, but I have seen some women that were quite attractive when they were 20, but at 30 they looked quite old.
