You have to legally live and work in Russia for a long time, something like 10 years, speak Russian, know Russian history, etc. It's the same for anybody who wants to become a citizen of a foreign country. You will not even have the right for a temporary residence permit until you've been there for a few years. You pay for residency in a foreign country with blood, sweat and tears, my friend. You think right I read that you already worked for France Telecom, so I guess you had to have a "carte de sejour" (french green card). You can use this card for the 10 next years, so why don't you find a job in France again (being a telecom engineer, it will not be difficult to find one) and get marry with her in France ?
