Hope someone can help. Planning on travelling to Russia entering St. P. around the 2/12/03, travelling onto moscow then catching the trans-sib train to beijing with several stops, novosibirsk, irkutsk, ulan-ude. Nothing has been booked, last minute as usual! Would you get a tourist visa or a business one? don't know how long we want to stay in each place - probably only 2-3 days - can you be flexible with a tourist visa and stay extra days if needed (we won't be staying longer than a month in Russia ) ? Or do you have to be exact and state what day you will be going to and leaving each town?
With the train ticket would you buy a ticket that takes you from Moscow to Beijing with the just the first stop included (as per hop on hop section on website) or just get first leg of the journey from Moscow to Novosbirsk and the rest as and when needed.
Sorry for so many questions!
Many Thanks

It will be enough for you to get one month travel visa to travel around Russia. It will take you jyst several days to get visa invitation through our site and about two weeks to get visa in your local Russian embassy.
If you will be arranging the train tickets from Moscow to Beijing by yourself it is impissible to get hop on-hop off tickets - you can buy such a ticket in a central ticket office in Moscow only. However if you arrange the ticket through our site - you can get such a ticket.
