I ldreamt for long time about visiting the Lenin's Masolium and Star City . Recently i applied for an M.Sc course in St.Petersburg Stste Tech University and got Possitive response and was given official Letter confirming this. Since i didnot had passport in time (it took 4 days) and replied them with all the documents they ever asked for . in the Meanwhile taking my Savings outoff Mutuals and Applied a further loan to support my education and all looked fine until 4th of Nov when suddenly my Academic Counseller in the univ mailed that the" invitations are given badly to Indian Cittizens".. lknow what i've quit my 4 yr job as a research Assistant and got a loan approved which if said not required would constitute a Preclosure charge of 15-30% of my margin and great now I am withoput a clue what can be done. I have even clearly mentioned it to my counsuller that i have no intention of settling and i wouldnot be a burden to the Govt and i can produce enough proof of the same even she says the problem is the visa cannot be processed for indians. IS there a way around this or any educational institution that takes INDIANS. Kindly do reply.
