You can't get a message to their phones any other way as they don't accept international SMSs. http://www.spb.mts.ru/sendform_sms.htm This goes to MTS http://www.beonline.ru/portal/comm/send_sms/simple_send_sms.sms This one's to Beeline http://editorial.spb.tele2.ru/?page=teleruspb_serv_sendsms&t2page=services_smsform And this one's to Tele2 Think that about covers it...
