No he wasn't. But whats really sad is that we weren't even married. In Canada, 6 months commonlaw is considered legally married, and you lose half of your stuff. It happened twice to me. The last time was only two years ago.

6 months or 6 years? We don't have common law in California...but we might as well as most men lose out

By the way, I assume Cato is an Italian last name. Is that right? Are you 100% Italian?

Wow, that is great that you have an indian background....I have Celtic Irish, cherokee indian on my father's side and Celtic, french (Hugonots) on my mothers' side...some of my mothers side had lots of a viking background too...we have a very large family here in Kentucky...but my aunt does our family tree and she went way back in tracing our heritage and she told us that we were decendants to "Ivan the Terrible"...might explain my hot temper.....but, I think she is wrong...we don't have Russian in our background.....also, I am not sure but I think "Ivan" was not full blooded Russian.....I thought he had a viking background because Russia got there name from "Rus" the dominant Viking clan...during a settlement of KIev...I am probably wrong...on this...I have to look it up...anyway, didn't most of the Sioux settle in Pennsylvania?.....
