muppet: The more appropriate anology would be the female police officer pressuring me to do the unthinkable with her in exchange for no fine. I might take - depending on her looks. Bending over implies the kind of relationship I would not like for many reasons |

Which is exactly why I used that analogy, since it is contextually correct. Your post meant, joking or not, that a woman should be grateful that she had rape as an option, so I used the analogy of male-rape which I'm sure you wouldn't find palatable or amusing.
A woman has a much more difficult time forcing a man to have sex, for obvious reasons, so it's not a realistic scenario in this context.
To get us all back on the plot, why not have a look at this link. It's completely relevent:

Are you a correctional officer on here or something? After 29 posts you are already enforcing to stay on the topic like you're some kind of a pro. Which tells me you are one of the regulars coming under a different name.

| But seriously, staying on the topic... How different would it have been if the majority of the russian militia were ladies? Would they take bribes? Would they be as corrupted? |

I dont think NOW is the time to pipe up for MrSpice, VitalSigns. |
He's my kin. So I will eventually stick up for somebody like him. Why? Well, I didn't agree with you, Fire_G. when you said that he was this and that when you were trying to humiliate him. The fact that he was able to succeed in the US is honorable. I am an immigrant here too and to be an immigrant in the US and make a decent living requires a lot of strength. Believe me. You americans will not be able to fully grasp what it means. And that's ok.
Plus, would we really say the things we say on here to each other if we met in real life? Not a chance. |
First of all I never set out to try to humiliate Mrspice in any way. And yes I would really say the things I say on here if I met someone face to face. I am not one of those people who gets brave online or shall I say "hides behind their computer monitor", I can back up whatever I type. It's called being real, anyone who would come here and type stuff they would never dream of saying to someones face is a coward. |

Unfortunately some people see the slightest disagreement as a fundamental challenge to their self-image and just go for the throat.
Imagine stepping on their toe on a crowded bus, next stop - Nuclear Weapons...
It's like drunks in a pub:
Drunk "Oy, you lookin' at my pint?"
"No!"
Drunk "Why, 'sit ugly or summat?"
You just can't reason with some people... |
I agree with you |

So would you tell a complete stranger something like this: Hey you, come here, bend over now!??? |

I dont have a penis, so what would I accomplish by asking someone to bend over? |

Well it tells you wrong, as usual. Yes I'm aware of your paranoia over anyone else expressing there opinion, which usually leads to the accusation above.
And I posted the link because it refers to exactly what this post was about rather than the childish name calling it had degenerated into, which I was bored with after the first post. |

Personally I'm partial to women in uniform, so I'd be quite happy with Russian ones...
But also seriously, I don't think women are inherently any less corruptible than men. The bribes might be different, and maybe more imaginative "I will overlook this incident if an imported bottle of Chanel No.5 appears on my desk..." for example, but the system would probably remain the same.
Anyone else got a theory? |

| I know that female correctional officers in the USA sometimes force male inmates to engage in sexual acts with them. Power corrupts! |

Female members of Militia are more likely to do an administrative work instead of cruising streets. They don't go through any physical evaluation whatsoever. They sit in their "warm" cubicles; will do anything for a bar of chocolate or a bottle of perfume.
Anyone can become a cop in Russia. All you need is to walk in and say 'I need a job". I don't think they do any background check either.
Q: Why do Russian cops always patrol the streets walking in pairs?
A: Because the first cop can only read, and the second one can only write. |

| My cousin was a cop. He said it is dirty, hard and dangerous job. It has left from this work when has understood that he turns to the malicious, mistrustful and cynical person who in each passer-by sees the criminal. |
