Hi, Can anyone tell me what type of clothing to bring to Russia in April as I am due to travel to Kostroma beginning of April for two weeks. Also what do you recommend in the way of spending money?

I am going to Russia too during that time. I am just going to wear about the same clothes I'd wear in the central part of the US in April. It should be getting on the warmish side in Russia during that time, especially in Kostroma.

Kostrome will be chilly in April. It still snows in April. And rains. Bring a water resisistant warm coat, an umbrella, a hat that can be worn in either rain or snow, boots that are attractive yet will stand up to water and slush. Gloves. It doesn't really warm up here until late May.

Hi, I wonder what the weather is like at the moment. Will be in Kostrama end of next week for 15 days. Should I bring warm clothing, trousers and trouser boots. Or will normal high heel shoes be ok?

I'm not from Kostroma, but I was where some times,
I think it will be the same as in the middle April
